Dining kitchen with two french windows facing South and West, so you can enjoy the warmth of the sun in the morning, and the sunsets in the evening, whilst enjoying your meals. Fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer, walk in pantry. Private walled courtyard with views to the West of the countryside, with outdoor table & chairs. Private car parking within the grounds. Shared indoor barbeque facilities, and laundry facilities for guests, in a separate building. Casa (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4/5)

The closest beach is 16km, with a wide choice of beautiful, fine, sandy beaches along the Silver Coast.

Baleal - two separate beaches separated by an access to a picturesque island.
Sao Martinho - horseshoe bay with practically waveless beach, ideal for families with small children.
Foz de Arelho - sea suitable for surfing, salt water lagoon suitable for families with small children.

3 golf courses within 30 minutes drive, one being Praia del Rey, a championship course for which you need a handicap certificate.

There is a very affordable restaurant in the village of Fanadia, 3 cafe/bars, mini market for essentials with fresh bread available every day.
The town of Caldas da Rainha (6km) is the main shopping area with many multiple supermarkets, banking facilities, shops, restaurants and bars. Daily (am) open air fruit & vegetable market in the centre of Caldas.
